Stir-fried Prawns with Rice Wine
Instructions
  1. Clean prawns thoroughly: rinse, shell, and devein them
  2. Place prawns in rice wine to soak and set aside for 10 minutes
  3. Chop spring onions and garlic finely
  4. Heat oil in pan
  5. Add the spring onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (not burned)
  6. Remove prawns from the rice wine and add to pan
  7. Add ginger and stir-fry until the prawns are cooked
  8. Season to taste and serve with rice.
