What is Snow fungus?


Snow fungus is a type of mushroom that is commonly used in Chinese cuisine.

According to Chinese Medicine snow fungus strengthens the Lung function and due to the

gelatinous structure and high concentration of polysaccharide, it boosts skin hydration.

Snow Fungus Soup
  1. Soak snow fungus in warm water until they get soft
  2. Put the snow fungus, red dates, lotus seeds, goji berries and water in a large pot
  3. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat. Simmer with lid partially closed for 30 minutes
  4. Add brown or rock sugar to give a little bit of sweetness
  5. Serve with warm or chilled
