Instructions
  1. Parboil the konjac noodle in water in about 2-3 minutes
  2. Rinse and strain the noodles
  3. Combine the Lemony Dressing ingredients in a bowl
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the chicken breast in a hot pan. Sprinkle Pink salt and black pepper. Cook the chicken thoroughly in a medium–high heat with the lid down
  5. Prepare the vegetables and combine them with the konjac noodles in a salad bowl. Pour over the Lemony Dressing and mix well
