Instructions
  1. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces for 3 minutes
  2. Add rehydrated mushrooms, goji berries, jujube fruit, dang gui, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt to taste. Stir fry for 2 minutes
  3. Add water (reserved from mushrooms) and bring to boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until liquid has thickened. Remove from heat and serve warm.
