Quick Vegan Cabbage Fry
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in wok or pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds.
  3. When the mustard seeds pop, add chilli peppers, then onions and ginger paste. Fry until clear and fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage and salt. Cook until tender.
  5. When tender stir in coconut flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve with rice or pita bread.
  7. Enjoy!
