Steamed Oysters with Ginger and Chilli
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix ginger, chilli, soy sauce and lime juice in bowl.
  2. 2. Place oysters on a flat tray piled with seas salt or oyster wheel
  3. 3. Spoon ginger/chilli/lime mixture equally over oysters.
  4. 4. Steam oysters 5 mins then eat while warm. To steam oysters use a steamer pot or a wok and bamboo steamer. Alternatively place the dish in oven and cover with foil so the oysters steam properly.
